LAWTON, Okla. — (Dec. 30, 2025) — The City of Lawton has released a number of documents in response to an Oklahoma Open Records Act request filed by Lawton Town Crier seeking public records related to Westwin Elements and the termination of the large-scale commercial refinery component associated with the Westwin project.
