🎙️ Lawton Town Crier is Upgrading Its Podcasting Equipment

We’re excited to share that Lawton Town Crier is upgrading its podcasting equipment. Our older gear had started to show its age, so we’ve invested in studio-grade microphones and a new podcast recorder to bring our audio quality up to professional standards.

Right now, we’re doing some testing with the new setup, and in the near future we’ll be announcing new additions to our site as we continue to grow.

This is part of our effort to return to our roots — interviewing local, state, and federal officials on issues that matter, while also expanding to include other voices in our community.

And we want you to be part of it: very soon we’ll be putting out a call for suggested topics and reaching out to set up interviews. Building community doesn’t happen without you, the listener, and we’re excited to hear what matters most to you.
